That all break after a few years, common issue due to poor design. Most folks eventually wind up cutting the cable and use them manually due to cost of *repeated* repair.... Contact Honda... Good luck!
Do not cut cables!! Perform reinitialization first and then see if they start to perform properly. If there is anything preventing them from opening and closing properly they will code and stop operation.
