Started the car but can not move the shift , the car running in neutral.

Can you re-phrase your question? Is the selector stuck in park or neutral? Do your brake lights work? How many miles on it? Trans fluid level OK , not burned/discolored? HINT- Honda ATF checked after warmed up, on level ground with engine OFF. Does anybody really know what time it is?.........25 or 6 to 4?
