It's located under the dash on the driver's side....20113 is the same relay as 25-0246,one is Autozones part #,the other is O'reillys part #.... 1. Park van on flat level and put parking break. (Just to avoid driver's door from closing while you lay under the dashboard) 2. Slide driver's seat all the way to rear of the van. Remove the key from ignition switch. 3. Lay on your back under the dashboard (Your lower body is outside of the driver's door). You will see the relay attached to metal stay if you look up. 4. Disconnect cable (it is a bit tough), and remove old relay. may have to use flat head screw driver to pry off from metal stay. 5. Slide new relay until plastic notch is visible under the metal stay. (Some force needed). Reattach cable and done.
