My honda fit won't blow air out of the vents very strong.

It sounds like the blower is running, and it gets stronger on each speed, but it's almost like something is blocking the vents because you just barely feel it when you put your hand next to it. In addition, it seems like the hot air loses its heat when you switch to defrost.
