My honda fit will not move forward if i start it, only if i wait for 30min Help

Once i park the car for more than 2hours, i need to warm it up for 30min, everything is fine speed excellent, i changed cvt oil its fine but problem wont stop, the gear box its fine coz the speed is very good thats what am thinking

What makes this problem better or worse?

Engine is cold
