2008 Honda Fit, the parking lights won't turn off. I took the lightbulbs out so it won't drain the battery.

My parking lights stays constantly on and wont shut off, I checked the on/off switch, I checked the brake peddle, I checked the fuse box. Your recommendations please, thank you....Earl.
