Why would a car 6 years old need a timing chain & new starter button.

What is your question?

The start button stalls & engine makes a noise which someone said it would need a timing chain. $1000 for a starter, no quote on chain. I had a 2013 accord for 13 years & only had to replace breaks, tires & oil.

What makes this problem better or worse?

When cranking it early morning is when noise occurs. Starter does it various times
