what would it cost to replace sunroof motor

no no battery problems, how do i or can i reprogram it myself

I don't know if it's outlined in the owners manual. I'll see if I can explain the procedure properly---Get in and close the drivers door. Turn the key to 'lock' , press the moonroof 'tilt' switch and hold , while holding switch , turn the key back to lock.--repeat those steps three more times to 'clear' the memory. Hopefully that part didn't drive you nuts , now key on (acc. pos.) hold moonroof switch in 'open' position and continue holding for three seconds after it is opened. next close the moonroof keep holding switch for three seconds again , after it's closed. ----IF all was successful , it should work on 'auto open' and 'auto close' reply if it works (or not) .

Patience(, It often takes more than one try at the 'clearing' mode til it clears and allows the 'reset'. You'll know the 'memory has cleared , when it only moves when you are holding the switch and stops as soon as you let go. then from fully closed position do the second bit for programming. Let me know after you've tried it again.
