What is your question?
I have a 2009 Honda CRV. The air conditioning (AC) worked yesterday morning, but by the afternoon it only blew hot air. And that's all it's done since. Any suggestions?

When you say "still not cooling," it doesn't indicate if the compressor is engaging. I advise having the system pressures tested. WHY did you replace the relay? Was it a symptom or the first guess for the clutch not engaging? Next question, do the fans come on when the AC switch is turned on?
"Recall notice from 12-12, the AC was checked and ok'd." I believe that was not a recall , but a 'warranty extension' on CR-Vs from back then for the A/C clutch and field coil wearing out prematurely. IF the clutch is NOT turning , then either it has lost refrigerant , or there is an electrical problem in the control circuit. NEXT question-- When you turn on the A/C , do the under hood fans come on, even though the clutch does not? You say freon is full, when was the last time it was checked with gauges?
Fans run, freon was checked Thursday, July 7. Family friend is a retired mechanic. Because of shield under vehicle and no lift he checked as many things as possible. My CRV turned 7 in March. I rolled over 100,000 miles last month. I have called Honda, and am currently waiting on a reply from their customer service. One person said because it was initially checked the warranty time extends, then next person said no, now supervisor is involved.
Likely a clutch/coil issue , hopefully you get someone that gives a crap about good customer service. Good luck!! IF you end up not getting it covered under warranty , I would suggest not doing only the clutch and coil, but instead , to replace the whole assembly. It's ridiculous , but at the dealer I'm at the clutch and coil alone are about $500.00 , plus labor. A Honda 're-manufactured' compressor assembly(complete) is $590.00 and the same or less labor to install.
Thanks for your help, I appreciate the information. Our quote received Friday was $1200.
Go with a GOOD brand AFTERMARKET complete assembly , not just clutch/coil. Save a few hundred right there and not take a chance on the compressor itself having internal issues you won't know about til afterwards.
Same thing happened in 2014, everything was checked and it was the relay. It was not relay this time, with new relay, clutch does not turn. Fuse is not blown. Freon is full. Recall notice from 12-12, the AC was checked and ok'd.
