What is your question?
I have a 2007 CR-V and the air conditioner is cold while going down the road, but isn't cold when I stop. They have replaced the compressor, condenser, dryer, and expansion valve. I'm lost on what else to check. The fans are both working and antifreeze is good. Any suggestions??
What makes this problem better or worse?
When stopped
How long has your 2007 Honda CR-V had this problem?

Despite of the replacement parts - this is a classic symptom of poor airflow into the engine bay! Typical due to cooling fans insufficiency - while at highway speed - no fan needed as ram air provides the necessary airflow - - however in slow moving traffic or while stopped - FAN gotta do the work.. Good luck!
Check cooling fans operation again.. IF spraying cold water onto condenser coil through the front grill brings cool air back - then you know the condenser is not being cooled effectively - suspect poor airflow is the problem. I am assuming refrigerant charge is sufficient and compressor is functioning properly.
