What is your question?
ac system is functioning but only when you "jump wire" it does not blow cold when using only the switch.

Are you certain the problem is PCM related? How did you arrive at that conclusion? It's more likely a pressure switch or other sensor is failing to authorize compressor function; or, that the level of refrigerant is low. david@apexautoaz.com
DON'T jump wires!! That will be your best way to fry other systems! A/C IS 'controlled' somewhat through the PCM, however that is one of the LEAST likely causes. Can you tell me what in the circuit does work , when you turn the A/C on from the control panel? do any fans come on under the hood? Has the system been evacuated , vacuumed and recharged professionally , so we can be sure it is PROPERLY charged? Has the vehicle been in any front end collisions (even minor ones)? Have you tested the clutch relay? and ....no , 'flashing' the PCM , is not an option on that model/year. --- WHERE are you 'jumping it at? The pressure switch? IF yes , then that should be a BIG clue , as to the problem.
