Transmission fluid coolant tank

What is your question?

My dad put some transmission fluid into our coolant tank. We realized it and used a paper towel to suck as much out as possible. We than added antifreeze and water to the coolant. The car seems fine, but how would I know for sure. I don’t think any of it got to the radiator, but I’m not sure.
