I took it to nelsons honda on el monte ca. What do you mean by duplicating the symptoms? #2hgfb6e54eh705738 My SI 2014 started popping up with a sign up by the dash board. Were it says starter system/ check starter system. I looked it up in the hand book and dosent say anything there. I took it to the dealer the 2nd time it showed up. And they said might be the battery since the guy turned it off and couldnt tun it back on after a couple of minutes. So he said leave the car. They checked the battery which i told them it wasnt because i had gone already for a battery issue and gave me a "new one" so they checked battery starter and computer on my car and everything came out good. So he said they dont know what it is. He told if it does again take it to any honda so they can Check it again. After i left the light came back on with the same sign after a couple of hr. This is the 3rd time it does that. Turn off the car and didnt start right away again. This is not the only issue i been having when i got my car out a month later i had the issue with my screen flickering called honda and said to take it over there when it does it again. How can i do that when it does it randomly. The last time it did that i recoded the car playing music while screen was off. I also took pictures of the sign on my car everytime it shows up. But the dealers cant seem to find the issue to that problem. To any of the both problems.
Duplicating meaning the failure you described , happened for them. Is yours push-button start?
They checked everything from the ignition system was checked including the start button
