What is your question?
The car is making a hollowed thumping sound when going over 30 mph. The sound gets more prominent going at highway speeds. The car has a new rightside hub assembly, new tires, wheel bearing on both sides.
What makes this problem better or worse?

This could be an axle issue. Inspect for play in the axle first. Also, check the engine mounts in case they are collapsed. That can cause driveline components like axles to sit improperly. Alex
Have bearing installer test drive vehicle .. Possibly bearing damaged dusting the installation - OR - defective bearing .. Also possible scalloped tire tread. In any event *hands-on* inspection is required.
