What is your question?

Can a mechanic make a air conditioning compressor fail.?the question is of fraud. Can a mechanic intentionally cause a compressor to fail by letting some of the refrigerant leak out. I had an oil change at 8 and buy one o'clock the air compressor was not working.the car does sit for long periods of time at idle with the air conditioner on.

No - this has nothing to do with the oil change nor the mechanic. Stuff happens! Have system test so the actual failure can be determined. ( Don’t think so negatively !)
