how can I reprogram my radio

put the security code in the radio and it will come back on,,all Honda/Acura have been like that since the early 90's,every time you disconnect the battery, you will need to enter that code(Security Feature) do you know how/where your code is? since your Honda is fairly new,suggest you read your owners manual..it has LOTS of info in it that will help you...
