Makes a circular kind of motion with vibration with speeds 72-74mph . Can drive some days forever with no light other days it stays on long time until shut car off. Once had a hard time taking off car jerked back. When at red light car bogs down almost stalls but hasn't yet.

Maybe it would be a good idea to have the battery AND charging system tested , before it leaves you stranded. WHAT makes a 'circular' kind of motion with vibration? Don't understand that phrasing. Which engine/trans?
Sorry meant circular sound like when driving higher speeds makes car vibrate not always though brand new battery had tested just in case it's. 1.8l automatic
As far as the sound goes , it's quite common on those Civics to have problems with rear tire wear (inner edge cupping) which could be what you're hearing. could also be a wheel bearing. Have tires checked for 'cupping' and have the rear UPPER control arms checked to see if they are stamped with the letter 'C'. That would be the updated control arms. As for the battery light , has it ever had any body work up front , where ground wires may have been put on over painted surface? Is it a Honda drive belt or aftermarket? You can check at your local dealership about the control arm issue - bring car or 'VIN#' and ask them for a print-out of your 'VIN status' (shows any recalls and some warranty extensions that would apply to your specific car. Or you can post VIN# here and I can check it for you. Also it would show if American Honda has you listed as the current owner. If you're not in their system as current owner , you may not get notified of any recalls that come up. DON'T put your name online here , if I do check it I only verify with you by putting the first initial and first three or four letters of last name , or less if needed.
Brand new tires and right before I got them I already took it to honda for rear control arms. I thought the sound was my front wheel bearing so replaced it and still hear it. Def doesn't sound like from back. Just tonight I started car and it made the loud sound it usually makes when going 72-74mph almost like pull circular sound. Stopped at gas station and had hood open and the car bogged down and it literally made my whole engine go forward on it's side almost.
Sorry , I'm not really understanding your descriptions , if I think of any other ideas , I'll reply.
