First I replaced the condenser and filter dyer, for the old one was trashed. Re-charged and checked for leaks, no leaks, still have the problem of no cold air.

First , is the compressor clutch engaging when turned on? Does the under hood fan come on? WHY did you replace the condenser and filter, and how did you recharge the system?
Did more trouble shooting, found out the problem, did get the clutch to engage and found out, not only is the thermal protector switch on the compressor itself bad, but the bearings inside the compressor pulley, behind the clutch are completely worn out. When charging the a/c back up i got to about 9oz in the lines when the compressor would make a loud squeal (clutch pulley) and then completely shut off. So I am thinking on replacing the compressor, unless anyone else has any suggestions? Replaced the condenser because it was completely destroyed, no guard or shield in the front of my car, just the bumper then the condenser.
Sounds like you should be able to get away with just the compressor , as long as the old compressor did not fail internally putting any debris in the system. HIGHLY RECOMMEND using a vacuum pump to pull at least 30" vacuum in system BEFORE charging it , otherwise troubles won't be to far behind. Good luck!
