What is your question?
I have no leaks. Both fans are wired to run when key is turned on. And remain on until key is turned off. I have replaced both fans, radiator and hoses, thermostat, cap on reservoir all hose clamps and double checked all hose connections. Car goes into safe mode. I park, turn key on(so fans come on). Take cap off very carefully, it is hot to touch but not boiling or steam coming out of radiator. If I add water it is the one that spilled when opening cap.It takes anywhere from 20 to 30 minutes depending on weather. If its hot, windy, cool, etc. And it turns on and off I go. This(cts) is my last part replacement before I take to a auto mechanic. All the other parts needed replacing or were going to give out somehow. It seems it happens when I drive it erratic or when I get off the freeway and into traffic. Can bad engine timing cause it to overheat? Or a bad/faulty water pump? But water pump got replaced 1 1/2 or ago.
What makes this problem better or worse?
Engine load and a heavy foot .
How long has your 2002 Honda Civic had this problem?

I got lost in the translation... However the CTS is not causing the engine to overheat - *hands-on* evaluation IS required.
Combustion leak test recommended.
