When it dies it sputters. It runs rough.
What makes this problem better or worse?
starts up fine when engine is cool butonce it reaches a certain temp it dies.

Testing equipment must be connected while engine is operating so the failure can be discovered by qualified personnel. Otherwise it is just a guessing game.. Engine must have constant and sufficient ignition spark and fuel delivery - testing equipment should help determine what is failing..
