I had replaced the A/C compressor, drier, fuses, and all new R134-a. It ran colder for about one day, and then blew out warm/outside air again! I then also had TWO A/C certified different mechanics run FULL diagnostics on the A/C unit and all its parts 110% BOTH could not find out or figure out why in the world it was not blowing out proper cold air? PLEASE HELP! They also checked for clogs and that was not it either?! WHAT ELSE COULD IT BE??

Okay, First , then (need SPECIFIC NUMBERS) what is static pressures after it sits for 10-15 minutes? Next , System pressures on BOTH sides while running , when compressor is ON, at idle , then what do the pressures change to at 2,000RPMs? Next question , is compressor running constantly even when the condenser fan shuts off?
Hello, and THANK YOU for your response! :-) Yes it is still currently at the second A/C mechanics shop, as he cited for me to leave it with him a couple more days, as he is very perplexed by it actually too. I do not have the answers to some of your questions unfortunately, as the car is not currently with me... But here is some new info we gained from this recent A/C mechanic..... 1. He showed me and ALL the new r134-a is SILL at optimal pressure in the new compressor, so it did not leak out anywhere. 2. He did run a dye test also and no leaks were detected whatsoever anywhere either. 3. Yes the condesor fan comes on fine and the A/C also activates with the push of its button and runs at normal RPMs that it should he stated. He seems to think that it is the "expansion valve" I believe it was called? Although he stated it is a huge proccess to get to it and a lot of components to take out and everything in order to do so.
Find out BEFORE he does the expansion valve , if the compressor is staying on constantly , or if it is cycling on and off as it should. Years ago (I'm at a Honda dealership) , I ran across a few that had faulty PCMs (the computer is ultimately what 'commands' the compressor clutch on) , but that would not quite fit all of your description. HOWEVER , a faulty heater control valve (broken internally) WILL cause it not to cool down because the air goes through a HOT heater core , then an evaporator , seen that many times and that may be closer to the total description. Does the low pressure line get cold , but still blows warm air? Do the heater hoses to and from the core BOTH get equally hot even with the temp set on coldest setting? --IF YES , that's a problem.
