Where is a rad temp sensor located?

It does run hot when its idle. Already replaced radiator, water pump and thermostat. The fan does come on. I turn heater on to cool car down which helps alittle.

i assume you have checked the fuses?

The fan comes on so would it still be fuses?

NO. if the radiator fan is coming on,the one towards the drivers side,then the fuse is good.the condenser fan towards the passenger side should come on as soon as you turn on the A/C! also did you bleed the air out after replacing all the things you replaced?
