OBD reading not ready & not supported but the check engine light is not on

Try taking it out and get on a road that you can do some steady cruising 50-65 MPH. Vary speed every 5 minutes or so and when coming to a stop coast for as long as you can before using the brakes 20-30 miles of this and all but 'EVAP' should show 'ready' or 'not used'(N/A). EVAP is set generally after at least 2 cold starts and is usually the last to show 'ready'.
