low ride height after strut replacement 98 civic

What is your question?

I just replaced a rear drivers side strut assembly with a brand new pre compressed assembly, due to a sagging suspension and rubbing on the wheel well and now it doesn't scrape but its still sagging what part should I replace next to most signifigantly reduce my issue.

What makes this problem better or worse?
