I have a 95 Honda Civic it drove fine and then started acting like it was out of gas it died and now won’t start it will click

That more indicative of an alternator problem that not maintaining battery charge - however this is usually accompanied by a light turning on in the dash. Fuel delivery isn’t going to cause this no crank condition - following correct procedures - try jump starting. Failing alternator can indeed present engine operation / performance problems as the battery reaches discharge state. Good luck!
