My car wouldn't start I checked for fuel spark and air. All perfect. Turns over strongly. Used a jump wire to try to read diagnostic codes but engine light didn't flash the srs light is flashing

That is telling you it has an issue with the airbags. Most likely it thinks one has deployed. This is not a DIY fix. Airbags can be deadly. Here is a list of certified shops in your area that can assist you: http://repairpal.com/honda-within-10-miles-of-grass-valley-california-95949
"checked for fuel spark and air. All perfect." No, it's not, otherwise it would start! Must have proper fuel PRESSURE(TEST WITH GAUGE!). Spark to the plugs and proper spark AND valve timing (air/breathing). For us to help with the best suggestions, it helps us to know how you are testing or why you are getting the results you state. You were jumping the SCS in the fuse box, which is FOR the SRS, so you got the expected response from that. IF you turn the key on and leave it in the 'run' position , does the SRS symbol/light come on for about 7 seconds and then go off? IF yes, then I would stick to diagnosing the 'no-start' situation. While doing all this testing , be sure to maintain proper battery charge.
Let's go back. I was using a jump wire in the 2 prong diagnostic connector instead of the check engine light blinking when I turned on the ignition, the SRS light was blinking steadily. Can you tell me what this means? Also after I disconnected the battery for 20 minutes and reconnected the car started fine and I was able to drive it home. I have a suspicion that this will continue? Do I need to replace the ECU? I'm not sure what to do because there was no check engine light or anything when I parked it. No issues with how it was running. I parked it the after noon before and came out that afternoon and it wouldn't start. It was turning over strong so I knew battery and starter were fine. It had a half tank of gas and spewed like a geyser when I removed the fuel line and gave the ignition a click. I took out a spark plug and got super strong spark when I turned it over. Plug. s we're just changed and still very clean no fouling or buildup. Where do I go next? And why could I not read diagnostic by jumping that connector?
First, read my original response again, slower. Second, the SRS light was blinking because you jumped the wrong connector. Third, accuracy is your friend. Are you able to verify that the cam timing is in fact correct, not just that "everything turns over fine"? I believe I asked about injector pulse in my original reply, without that , fuel pressure is irrelevant.
