Once the Engine is Running & the Ignition is Turned Off; the Key Can't be Removed, UNLESS Negative Battery Cable is Disconnected. NOTE:The Car IS in PARK & Parking Brake IS SET. ALL Else Appears OK.

have you got another key that you can try,or maybe have locksmith to make you a couple? i have a 93 accord, the original key was getting wore down, just had 2 more made for 5 bucks, but i didn't have your problem though.
Hi, I Appreciate Your Response. The Keys were New w/the (After Market) Ignition Switch, I Replaced Months Ago. Now, It's Doing the SAME Thing, the ORIGINAL Honda Ignition Switch Did, Before I Replaced It. GraciaZ, Michael. .
maybe something in a bind.hope you don't have to replace the whole unit,it's over $300.00!try a little powder graphite.
Stevieray1, I've Tried a Bit of WD-40, Will Try Spare Key, ?(I Thought I Did, a while Back)??, Turned 69 Last Month, I Hope that (Memory) ISN'T Starting to Fail as well. GraciaZ, Michael.
if you've tried wd-40,then no use to put powder graphite in it.you could try the spare key,but maybe it's something inside where the cylinder is that's binding it somehow.if it's doing the same as original Honda key switch was doing.by the way>> Happy Birthday!
StevieRay1, I am Told, that it ?May be??, the $$Steering (Wheel) Lock Assembly??$$$$. HappE BirthDay, I DON'T Count em Anymore. But, GraciaZ, Anyway, Michael..
