Does the 2018 - 2020 honda accord use the same tail lights as the 2021 honda accord?

2018 - 2021 utilize similar components. However, I strongly discourage vehicle modifications that are not Honda sourced, as you're going to do things to damage the vehicle - you just are. Aftermarket lighting is inferior and will likely cause issues with control modules. Naturally, it's your money -- and yes, the 2018 - 2021 use the same rear lamp components as far as I can tell.
