What is your question?
The sound is audible only inside the car and the drivers seat vibrates as well. The best way to describe this, is that the first time I noticed this I thought a helicopter was hovering directly above me and it was similar to the sound that the spinning propellers would make. The dealership diagnosed this as warped rotors, which was grinded to a smooth finish and yet the sound persists. They next want to take apart the back seat and check all moving parts under the driver's seat. This sound has not become constant yet and I was lucky to have service advisor hear it himself. If I put the car into park the sound stops. Back in drive and foot on break, starts again.

Warped rotors will ABSOLUTELY not make any sound while car is not in motion! failed or improperly aligned engine mounts can cause bad feedback and not be as obvious when in park or neutral. From your description , I think they are headed in the wrong direction.
Thanks for your response which reaffirmed what I had suspected from the start. The service manager got involved, and now the final diagnosis is that, unfortunately my 2011 Honda Accord with only 12,500 miles, is suffering from " DRIVE TRANE EXHAUST RESINENCE ". I have no idea what that is but apparently there is nothing that can change that, and I will have to live with that rhythmic audible vibration. By the way, the service manager refunded my money for the needless rotor repair!
