What's the price range for 5-year service?

There is no "5 year service" . The only item I would suggest at this point , besides regular oil change , would be the coolant , if it has not been serviced yet. DO NOT let the dealer sell you a "flush" , the only thing needed is a simple 'drain and fill'. Inspection of the A/C cabin(pollen) filter and engine air filter also. Notice , I said 'inspection' ,not necessarily replacement , although it may need one or both depending on conditions where driven and parked.
