What is your question?
I put tires that were on bent rims on my new rims, but at around 65mph+ the front of the car starts to vibrate a bit. It feels like it is coming from the passenger side of the car. I installed brand new struts and brakes and rotors, checked the CV axle which has very little play but a little leaky near the transmission side of the axle, checked the end links and tire rod which are both in great condition. So I am not too sure what the issue is other than the tires that used to be on bent rims or something else I am missing. Thanks for the help

A close visual inspection plus balancing should reveal any out of round or otherwise damaged tire. Recommend having experienced mechanic test drive vehicle. Rotating tires may lend a clue.
Agree with Pushrod, but also - 65 mph vibration is a classic wheel balancing issue. Have you had the tires and wheels balanced properly? A "road force" balancer is even a better tool used to balance tires -- it can simulate the force of the vehicle weight on the road to expose even more tire wear and ride concerns.
