What mileage do I need to replace my 2007 Honda Accord's timing belt?

If you have the 4-cyl. engine you have a timing chain that does not require service. If you have the 6-cyl. it does have a belt that should be changed at 105,000. You can change the water pump at this time as well. For the chirping, it could be either the bearing in the a/c pulley or the clutch is going bad. Need to determine which one it is.

Age-wise if it's the v6 , then you're due for t-belt service. most commonly on those the 'chirping is the serpentine belt and possibly the tensioner getting weak. The serpentine belt would normally be replaced when the timing belt is done and if the chirp is gone then that's all it needed.

If you drive regularly in very high temperatures (over 110°F, 43°C), or in very low temperatures (under -20°F, -29°C), replace every 60,000 miles (U.S.)/100,000 km (Canada). Otherwise, follow the on-board maintenance minder.
