You have to be careful when doing this because of the SRS system in the seats. The seats may fit but the electronic parts of the SRS system may not be compatible.

Call the Honda Dealer and ask for the parts dept and ask the counter person if the part numbers are the same for both sets of seats, If they are then your in luck if not the only way to find out is to pull the seats and measure the mounting bolt holes to see if they are the same
