cant accelorate over 3,000 rpms

i drove into a deep puddle and got stuck the passenger side water came inside car. i took everything out inside dryed it out INCLUDING BOTH COMPUTERS one had water inside... i replaced starter, solenoid valve ,maf sensor and air filter. it seems to shift thru gears.but once i get almost to 3,000 rpms it jerks and wont accelerate anymore. i have to accelerate real slow go get to hw speeds. i can do 80mphs.
