I drive 10 miles to work and back. These lights come on simultaneously but sporadically. Some days they don't come on until I've driven nearly the whole 10 miles. I bought the car in Utah in May of this year. I now live in Oregon. It has a brandished title. The dealer showed me pictures of the car after the accident. As far as I could tell it was mostly cosmetic damage... But who really knows. These lights just started coming on within the past month. All I really want to know is how much I have to worry about this and what are the variable problems that could occur both short and long term if I were to ignore this for a few months as I am terribly cash poor right now. Does anyone give free diagnosis here in Portland? Thank You. RoxAnne

Need to clarify- is it a red light and an amber light? SRS & PASS. side airbag "off" OR 2 amber lights-ABS & PASS. side airbag off? Did the dealer show any reports of airbag deployment? That info will help. Also was it a Honda dealer or independent dealer? Never seen an Accord with 'rear' airbag , just side airbags (on driver and pass. seats).Newer ones have side curtain airbags which will turn the RED SRS light on if there is a fault detected and when the red SRS light is on the entire system is disabled, as with ABS light when on the anti-lock brake system is also disabled.
