Good luck on running this down. I just had the same issue, and after changing a few switches in the engine, I narrowed it down to the fan motors. I replaced both of them.(a/c and radiator cooling fans). Saved myself a ton of money. Check all your fuses and relays first, and then make sure your fan motors turn on when you turn the a/c on. If they don't come on, either the motors are bad, or the switch that tells them to turn on is bad. Good luck.
