What is your question?
My car won't pass the DEQ it keeps getting the code p0401. I changed the catalytic converter, EGR valve, and O2 rear sensor. I even cleaned the build up it had in the intake.

P0401 - is egr insufficient flow. Is is hardly ever an issue with anything but plugged ports when addressing this code. Depending on whether it's a 4 cyl or 6cyl will dictate how you service and clean out the ports. Any certified shop can help you take care of that issue. Good luck.
There is an upper plate that can be removed on top of the plenum. You should be able to see which ports are plugged. Fyi - you'll need to replace the egr plate gasket.
I will look into that i took the top part off before replacing the EGR valve and only cleaned one port but I don't remember cleaning the fuel ones. Thank you
I think it's like that I will take a look at it tomorrow afternoon. Thank you for your help
ok. the p0401 is an EGR insuff flow. it will be a plugged port(s) on your Accord and not converter or 02 sensor.wish you would have posted your question before replacing parts.when you see the black carbon build up/blockage,you probably won't believe it! if doing yourself, take pictures and take your time! i wish we could post pictures here, because i wanted to show EVERYONE how bad my F150 was clogged!!! if only folks knew or just google the code and read about what it means, instead of going out a buying a whole new EGR system and the problem still not fixed.when i saw how bad mine was clogged,i went into the FRED SANFORD MODE!!! post findings.
