I had a mechanic replace the timing belt and water pump. The day I picked it up, the car did not start. It would engage, like the lights came on but it would not turn over. The mechanic said, "Oh, it's ok. It just needs to be jumped off." I jumped it off. The motor stuttered and slightly hesitated while the lights flickered dim to dimmer. Once it was driven for a mile and half, the car was like normal. However, the next day, I drove it to work. After my shift, it would not start or turn over. It has been sitting for 2 weeks. The mechanic keeps blowing me off. I have replaced the battery and still the car will not turn over. Please advise. Thank you.
