Paint is peeling on the roof?

The clear is not adhering to the base (color) coat. Unfortunately you can't re-clear the paint, it will need to be sanded down and repainted.

Paint peeling is due to inferior quality of clearcoat or just leaving your car outside in the sun. There is no simple way to fix this, You need to get it painted and use a quality clearcoat.$$$$

Starting to be really common on these cars from the 90s. Afraid you'll need a repaint to fix it. The UV rays are killing the clear coats
