10a blows for turn signal & brake lite. Then clock, window and shifter wont move

That is where your problem is!! Start looking for shorted wires @ the point where you saw the smoke. IF and only IF you need to,have an assistant install the higher amp fuse, momentarily, while you look (quickly!!) at the spot that is overheating, if you need a more pinpoint location. It has got to be fixed!! After locating the problem, repair and tape up wires to prevent another short circuit.
