Heater on 94 honda accord

What is your question?

I have a 94 honda accord, my heater dont work, it blows cold air, i bought a brand new thermostat and install it, and topped off the coolant. Still blows cold air and my temperature gauge still reads below cold, even after driving for hours. My hoses the top one be hot but the bottom one be cold to the touch.
