My Honda running bad missing and sputting

Yes the plug wells was i replace the valve cover gasket but i didn't clean the iac. used NKG plugs but I did not gap them. I'ii go back an gap plugs,clean iac. Thank you and anything else please let me know I'll do it.

some plugs you don't gap.if you used ngk they should be gapped already,should be .044.if they are close to .044 don't re-gap.also did you replace the spark plug tube seals in the valve cove?cause if you didn't,the plug wells will fill up with oil again.how did you get the oil out of the plug wells before replacing the plugs?or did you let the oil drain down on the pistons.also have you checked the pcv valve?do you have any vacuum leaks?
