With 200k it will tend to get noisy, if the car is running fine I wouldn't worry about it. Just make sure you keep up with the regular maintenance. About the warming up in the morning it up for debate, some say yes some say no. I personally do, for a few mins. You can also get a remote start, turn it on from your house before you have to go.
you may just need to have the valves adjusted.they will chatter after a while.don't know how long you have had it,but the timing belt and balance shaft belt needs to be replaced every 90,000-100,000 miles along with the water pump.these are good cars.you can't go down the road a mile or so and you will pass several of these 90-93 square body style.the paint might be faded, but they are still rolling on down the road.these cars are designed to go 300,000 plus miles.i have a 93 with close to 300,000 on it.you really don't have to let it warm up before you drive it.i can start mine, wait about 30 seconds, leave and 1 mile down the road,i've got heat,so it don't take long, these engines heat up pretty quick, and that's in the winter time!
You don't have to warm it up, but you also shouldn't just start it up and take off. The oil needs 30 seconds to a minute to start circulating well, and driving before that is bad for the engine. And you don't want to rev it too much before it's warmed up. As far as the noise, if it's a clicking or ticking noise, that is fairly normal for Honda's of that vintage. They tend to have a rather noisy valve train, and noisy injectors. If it's just loud, then could be an exhaust issue. If it's pinging, could be many things, it's dirty fuel, incorrect timing (ignition and/or mechanical), egr system.
