Your chances of finding a wire harness for this vehicle are pretty slim, as the vehicle is now 26 years old. You may be able to find something at a salvage / used parts supplier. Testing should be performed to find out the sources of your concerns - very likely component replacement where needed or wiring repairs can be successful. A good tech can be of great help, especially one with electrical expertise.
IF local salvage dealer doesn't have what's needed - many times eBay will. It's always worth a look.
