my accord wont start?

I would advise you to take your Honda to a Local Service station and have them confirm your PGM-FI Relay is working properly. I remember having that as an intermittent malfunction.

Are you getting power to the pump?(make sure you are not checking just the fuel sender pins). With key in 'run' position you should have battery voltage constant at the pin for sender unit , need to turn the key to 'crank' briefly for about a 2-3 second pulse of battery voltage for the pump.
