Rear Glass and Wiper won't work after replacing transmission on 2012 Denali XL

What is your question?

We recently had the transmission replaced on our 2012 Yukon XL Denali by a GM shop. When it went in, both the rear glass would open and rear wiper worked. Now that we have it back, the glass won't open and the wiper won't work. However the power lift gate will open. We have checked the fuses and they appear to be fine. Could there be wiring that was affected when the transmission was taken out & reinstalled? Or is this just an anomaly and totally separate issues?

What makes this problem better or worse?

nothing, just doesn't work after new transmission install

Purely coincidental ! It is either TWO blown fuses - OR - an open circuit (broken wiring) - - most likely location is at lift gate hinges. Recommend seeking *hands-on* help from qualified personnel - *TESTING* fuses is first step.
