To get hot air for front i must turn temp to 90*. If i turn down to 89* or below i get full cold. It does same for either side in front, but independently. Rear works normally.

The way I see it IF problem within is the HVAC unit itself - it wouldn’t be same for each zone..
Hard to imagine the same failure is present for the internal mechanical baffling that is also responsible for temperature control - dual zone..
But then again that’s only an online theory.. of course.
