Is there a fuse that could cause both abs and traction control lights to come on

I was replacing power steering reservoir , after I was done, both lights came on, and remain on. Lots of wire harness and hoses in the area of work. Could I have broken a wire that could cause the lights to come on? Is there a fuse anywhere I could check ?where does the small wire from the vss run to?
