I've changed the pump and I still dont have powe steering or power brakes what is the cause of the problem ivan heard it could be a hydrobooster I've heard the cooler may be clogged

Hearsay doesn't do a lot of good when it comes to automobile repair .. So rather than post some of the possibilities - Recommend *hands-on* testing by qualified personnel.
