what would cause engine to quit firing

What is your question?

engine shut down while driving checked fuel pump and pressure for some reason it's not firing, have checked all fuses, tank is full changed fuel filter, fuel gauge isn't working. and message board is showing low fuel and low washer fluid also code reader will not link up
